Payment Gateway

A payment gateway is an e-commerce application service provider service that authorizes payments for e-businesses, online retailers, bricks and clicks, or traditional brick and mortar. It is the equivalent of a physical point of sale terminal located in most retail outlets. Payment gateways protect credit card details by encrypting sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, to ensure that information is passed securely between the customer and the merchant and also between merchant and the payment processor.


How It Works?

A payment gateway facilitates the transfer of information between a payment portal (such as a website, mobile phone or IVR service) and the Front End Processor or acquiring bank. When a customer orders a product from a payment gateway-enabled merchant, the payment gateway performs a variety of tasks to process the transaction:

    * A customer places order on website by pressing the 'Submit Order' or equivalent button, or perhaps enters their card details using an automatic phone answering service.
    * If the order is via a website, the customer's web browser encrypts the information to be sent between the browser and the merchant's webserver. This is done via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.
    * The merchant then forwards the transaction details to their payment gateway. This is another SSL encrypted connection to the payment server hosted by the payment gateway.
    * The payment gateway forwards the transaction information to the payment processor used by the merchant's acquiring bank.
    * The payment processor forwards the transaction information to the card association (i.e., Visa/MasterCard)
    * If an American Express or Discover Card was used, then the processor acts as the issuing bank and directly provides a response of approved or declined to the payment gateway.
    * Otherwise, the card association routes the transaction to the correct card issuing bank.
    * The credit card issuing bank receives the authorization request and sends a response back to the processor (via the same process as the request for authorization) with a response code. In addition to determining the fate of the payment, (i.e. approved or declined) the response code is used to define the reason why the transaction failed (such as insufficient funds, or bank link not available)
    * The processor forwards the response to the payment gateway.
    * The payment gateway receives the response, and forwards it on to the website (or whatever interface was used to process the payment) where it is interpreted as a relevant response then relayed back to the cardholder and the merchant.
    * The entire process typically takes 2–3 seconds

    * The merchant submits all their approved authorizations, in a "batch", to their acquiring bank for settlement.
    * The acquiring bank deposits the total of the approved funds in to the merchant's nominated account. This could be an account with the acquiring bank if the merchant does their banking with the same bank, or an account with another bank.
    * The entire process from authorization to settlement to funding typically takes 3 days.

Many payment gateways also provide tools to automatically screen orders for fraud and calculate tax in real time prior to the authorization request being sent to the processor. Tools to detect fraud include geolocation, velocity pattern analysis, delivery address verification, computer finger printing technology, identity morphing detection, and basic AVS checks.


Security:

    * Since the customer is usually required to enter personal details, the entire communication of 'Submit Order' page (i.e. customer - payment gateway) is carried out through HTTPS protocol.
    * To validate the request of the payment page result, signed request is often used - which is the result of the hash function in which the parameters of an application confirmed by a «secret word», known only to the merchant and payment gateway.
    * To validate the request of the payment page result, sometimes IP of the requesting server has to be verified.
    * There is a growing support by acquirers, issuers and subsequently by payments gateways for Virtual Payer Authentication (VPA), implemented as 3-D Secure protocol - branded as Verified by VISA, MasterCard SecureCode and J/Secure by JCB, which adds additional layer of security for online payments. 3-D Secure promises to alleviate some of the problems facing online merchants, like the inherent distance between the seller and the buyer, and the inability of the first to easily confirm the identity of the second.

Definition of meta tag

A meta tag is a tag (that is, a coding statement) in the Hypertext Markup Language that describes some aspect of the contents of a Web page. The information that you provide in a meta tag is used by search engines to index a page so that someone searching for the kind of information the page contains will be able to find it. The meta tag is placed near the top of the HTML in a Web page as part of the heading.There are several kinds of meta tags, but the most important for search engine indexing are the keywords meta tag and the description meta tag. The keywords meta tag lists the words or phrases that best describe the contents of the page. The description meta tag includes a brief one- or two-sentence description of the page. Both the keywords and the description are used by search engines in adding a page to their index. Some search engines also use the description to show the searcher a summary of the page's contents.Although most search engines also use the contents of a page as a way to determine how to index it, the creator of a Web page should be sure to include meta tags with appropriate keywords and description. Well-written meta tags can help make the page rank higher in search results.

What does a meta tag look like?

You should insert the meta tag element at the top of your document, just after the <TITLE> element. It follows the usual form of tags, ie
<META name="something" content="something else">
but note that you don't have to have a </META> at the end of the tag, the way that you do with something like <BOLD> bold </BOLD>. However, make sure that each tag does not include any line breaks, since some search engines get a little bit tetchy about this.

What can I include in a meta tag?

There are basically four major meta tags that you can use:

• <META name="resource-type" content="document">
• The only resource type that is currently in use is "document" This is the only tag that you need to put in for indexing purposes, but use of the others is a good idea.

• <META name="description" content="a description of your page">
• Depending on the search engine, this will be displayed along with the title of your page in an index. "content" could be a word, sentence or even paragraph to describe your page. Keep this reasonably short, concise and to the point. However, don't be so mean with your description that its not an appropriate reflection of the contents!

• <META name="keywords" content="a, list, of, keywords">
• Choose whatever keywords you think are appropriate, seperated by commas. Remember to include synoyms, americanisms and so on. So, if you had a page on cars, you might want to include keywords such as car, cars, vehicles, automobiles and so on.

• <META name="distribution" content="one of several">
• Content should contain either global, local or iu (for Internal Use). To be perfectly honest, I can't quite get my head around this one; its supposed to list available resources designed to allow the use to find things easily, but I still don't quite get it. My advice is to stick to "global".

Are there optional tags?

Yup, there is a whole bunch of 'em. I've put in a couple of examples below:

• <META name="copyright" content="copyright statement"
• Pretty obvious what this one's for.

• <META HTTP-EQUIV="varname" content="data"
• This binds the varname to an HTTP header field. An http server might use this to process a document. This one's a tad more tricky.If you included the following example:
  <META HTTP-EQUIV="keywords" content="car,cars"
  then, as part of a GET command the server would include the word car and cars in the HTTP response header.

• <META HTTP-EQUIV="refresh" content="0; url=homepage.htm"
• This can be used in the HEAD section of the index.html file to redirect it to homepage.htm. The figure after content is the time in seconds that the browser waits before moving on.

Other useful points.

There is no need to index every single file that you've got on your site - just choose a few representative samples. The description tag should not simply restate the title of the page, it should describe the page. The tag can also be used in the creation of dynamic documents, and when I've explored this a little bit further, I'll add more information on this.

backlinks

Backlinks are incoming links to a website or web page. Inbound links were originally important (prior to the emergence of search engines) as a primary means of web navigation; today their significance lies in search engine optimization (SEO). The number of backlinks is one indication of the popularity or importance of that website or page (for example, this is used by Google to determine the PageRank of a webpage). Outside of SEO, the backlinks of a webpage may be of significant personal, cultural or semantic interest: they indicate who is paying attention to that page.

In basic link terminology, a backlink is any link received by a web node (web page, directory, website, or top level domain) from another web node . Backlinks are also known as incoming links, inbound links, inlinks, and inward links. search engines often use the number of backlinks that a website has as one of the most important factors for determining that website's search engine ranking, popularity and importance. Google's description of their PageRank system, for instance, notes that Google interprets a link from page A to page B as a vote, by page A, for page B.[2] Knowledge of this form of search engine rankings has fueled a portion of the SEO industry commonly termed linkspam, where a company attempts to place as many inbound links as possible to their site regardless of the context of the originating site.

Websites often employ various techniques (called search engine optimization, usually shortened to SEO) to increase the number of backlinks pointing to their website. Some methods are free for use by everyone whereas some methods like linkbaiting requires quite a bit of planning and marketing to work. Some websites stumble upon "linkbaiting" naturally; the sites that are the first with a tidbit of 'breaking news' about a celebrity are good examples of that. When "linkbait" happens, many websites will link to the 'baiting' website because there is information there that is of extreme interest to a large number of people.

There are several factors that determine the value of a backlink. Backlinks from authoritative sites on a given topic are highly valuable.[3] If both sites have content geared toward the keyword topic, the backlink is considered relevant and believed to have strong influence on the search engine rankings of the webpage granted the backlink. A backlink represents a favorable 'editorial vote' for the receiving webpage from another granting webpage. Another important factor is the anchor text of the backlink. Anchor text is the descriptive labeling of the hyperlink as it appears on a webpage. Search engine bots (i.e., spiders, crawlers, etc.) examine the anchor text to evaluate how relevant it is to the content on a webpage. Anchor text and webpage content congruency are highly weighted in search engine results page (SERP) rankings of a webpage with respect to any given keyword query by a search engine user.

Increasingly, inbound links are being weighed against link popularity and originating context. This transition is reducing the notion of one link, one vote in SEO, a trend proponents[who?] hope will help curb linkspam as a whole.

It should also be noted that building too many backlinks over a short period of time can get a website's ranking penalized, and in extreme cases, the website is de-indexed altogether. Anything above a couple of hundred a day is considered "dangerous".

What is Page Ranking

Page Rank is a link analysis algorithm, named after Larry Page, used by the Google Internet search engine that assigns a numerical weighting to each element of a hyperlinked set of documents, such as the World Wide Web, with the purpose of "measuring" its relative importance within the set. ie the quality and number of links pointing at your site will give you score. If you are interested in learning about SEO, pagerank shouldn't be all you look at. Read up on domain authority and trust as well as these are contributing factors.

Page Rank shows the quality of the page, but we should not pay too much attention on it. It's a tool Google founder created to showing measurement of importance of a page or site. Page rank says a lot about the site or the page itself to Google as well as the user. The better the PR the better the page is or the more important the page is. It depends on plenty of algorithm set by Google. Primarily inbound link of the link pointing to your site is just one of them what we say backlink.

Page rank is a measurement of how important a page is and affects search rankings. This is an index that values Web pages on a scale of 0 to 10, based largely on link popularity.

What is a Hit in Internet

Hit:
A hit is a request to a web server for a file (web page, image, JavaScript, Cascading Style Sheet, etc.). When a web page is uploaded from a server the number of "hits" or "page hits" is equal to the number of files requested. Therefore, one page load does not always equal one hit because often pages are made up of other images and other files which stack up the number of hits counted. Because one page load does not equal one hit it is an inaccurate measure of a website's popularity or web traffic. A more accurate measure of web traffic is how many page views a web site has. Hits are useful when evaluating the requirements of your server, depending on the number and size of files which need to be transferred for one request. Servers should be tested to make sure they meet throughput targets (i.e. they should be capable of processing a certain amount of 'hits' per second).
Unique hits count the number of different individuals who have generated at least one hit.

(1) Also called a page hit. The retrieval of any item, like a page or a graphic, from a Web server. For example, when a visitor calls up a Web page with four graphics, that's five hits, one for the page and four for the graphics. For this reason, hits often aren't a good indication of Web traffic. Compare with page view.
(2) Any time a piece of data matches criteria you set. For example, each of the matches from a Yahoo or any other search engine search is called a hit.
Web Counter/hit counter:
A web counter or hit counter is a computer software program that indicates the number of visitors, or hits, a particular webpage has received. Once set up, these counters will be incremented by one every time the web page is accessed in a web browser.

                                     FREQEUNTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. What is the entry-level qualification for a pilot to join an
airline and what does he join as?
A: The min. requirement that any airline generally wants is a pilot
to have is a basic Commercial Pilots License, with an Instrument
Rating and preferably a Multi Engine rating. When the pilot joins an
airline, he joins as a trainee pilot and then he undergoes the various
training program conducted by the airline as per their requirements.
Once successfully completing theses training programs one is released
to fly as a first Officer (often called as Co- Pilot).

Q. Can I join this course if I have studies Commerce or Arts?
A: Yes u can definitely join this course and pursue a career as an
airline pilot provided you have cleared the 10+2 level exam from a
recognized board. But in the case of Commerce or an Arts Student,
he/she will have to appear for an isolated paper in math’s and
physics at the 10+2 level from a recognised education board.

Q. Is the FAA, CAA, JAA or Indian CPL valid anywhere else in the world?
A: Yes, Certainly the FAA, CAA or Indian CPL is valid all over the
world and it is fully convertible to a license of any other country as
per the rules of that country.

Q. How does an Airline Choose its Pilots ?
A: Usually an airline will place an ad in the leading newspaper of the
country and then call for applications, Once received they will then
short list the candidates for a written exam, if successful in the
written exam they would want them to undergo a IPT test (Instrument
Practical trainer test) which is done on a basic procedure trainer
like the ATC 710. The last block is that of a personal interview
which is conducted to assess the individual’s personality and
temperament. (May differ from employer to employer)

Q. How does one choose which aircraft to fly as a basic aircraft to be
included in the license as a rating?
A: One can choose any aircraft below a weight of 1,500 Kgs; in this
category a lot of options are available like the Cessna 152. The basic
criteria in choosing the aircraft is easy availability, low maintenance
,safe, easy to fly and understand etc.

Q. Can I join the air force with a CPL or how do I join the air force ?
A: One cannot join the air force with a CPL since the air force has
different criteria for selection and their training methods are very
different as they fly a different category of aircraft and fly it for
a different purpose from the one employed in training you as a
commercial pilot. In order to join the air force one can either go
through the NDA or through the short service commission. But for a
flying job in the air force one has to go through the NDA.

Q. Who is the potential employer for a pilot with a basic CPL in our
country ?
A: One can be employed with Air- India, Indian Airlines, Jet Airways,
Air Sahara, The Indian Coast Guard, various flying schools employee you
as an instructor and also flying schools outside India can employ you.

Q. What is the Minimum height that one must have in order to become a
pilot ?
A: There is no particular height one has to have, the individuals legs
should reach the rudder pedals when he has his hands on the control
and he should be able to see outside over the instrument panel.

Q. What is the eyesight one must have? Are glasses permissible ?
A: Yes, One can have glasses and still be flying as a commercial pilot;
the max glass power allowed in aviation is ± 3, which is again at the
discretion of the medical examiner. Your glasses power can increase
with age.

Q. What are the reasons for one not to clear in the medical examination
?
A: A normal human being will not fail the medical examination unless

Training  Procedure –

 Flying as a Pilot is one of the most exciting and challenging career fields successfully accomplished only by a chosen few.  Few qualifications can match the challenge, opportunity and satisfaction of achieving a pilot’s licence.The entire pilot training courses is divided into Three  parts, both having equal importance :

 1) Pre flight Training 2) Theoretical (Ground) Training and 3) Practical (flight) Training.

The authority requires a candidate to pass a written examination in various Aeronautical / technical subjects and a practical flight test in both parts respectively. To fulfill the requirements of passing the written examination and flight test, the candidate is required to undergo training abroad.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENT-

Students applying for admission to Pilot’s training course and registered for the course will be issued Government medical form and sent for initial class medical examination for issue of SPL and PPL with local doctor as per the rules of DGCA, Govt. of  India.  Once you have all the necessary information about pilot training and decide to attend one of the programs of   Aircrew Flight Training Academy then you may follow the following steps that will guide you to enrollment.



STEP 1 - COMPLETE THE APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION FORM

 Complete and sign the Application for Admission Form and submit it along with the following requirements. You may also fill-up the Application for Admission Form through our on-line system.

 Our on-line system provides convenient way in filling-up the Application for Admission Form. Applicants using this system must still present the required documents to be fully accepted by Aircrew Flight Training Academy.

 STEP 2 -  LET YOUR PHYSICIAN OR DOCTOR CHECK YOUR PHYSICAL FITNESS AND FILL-UP THE PHYSICAL RECORD FORM.

 The Physical Record Form must be completed and mailed by your physician or doctor directly to the school. Applicants are not allowed to have it in their personal possession.

 STEP 3 -  OBTAIN AN AIRMAN MEDICAL CERTIFICATE

You may contact the Civil Aviation Authority in your country to request for a designated flight surgeon within your area. An Airman Medical Certificate will be issued by a flight surgeon in conjunction with your pilot's license.

STEP 4 -  SUBMIT REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR EVALUATION

 International students must submit the following documents necessary for their visa and pilot's license application.

 1. Police Clearance authenticated by Philippine Embassy.

2. Photo copy of Passport.

3. Proof of Financial Support authenticated by Philippine Embassy.

4. International English Language Testing System IELTS Exam.

5. Drug Screening Urinalysis Test.

6. Photo / ID Picture (1x1 - 6 pcs and 2x2 - 4 pcs).

It must be in white shirt with collar and white background.

7. Registration Fee of $200.00 (non-refundable)

Additional requirements must be submitted for applicants who had prior flying experience.

8. Photo copy of Pilot's License and current Airman Medical Certificate.

9. Photo copy of the last 5 pages of your logbook and instructor's endorsement.

10. Letter from the Civil Aviation Authority of your country (FAA, JAA, GCAA, CAA) that certifies your license is valid and true.



Note: This certification must be authenticated by the Philippine Embassy.

 Domestic students shall submit items 5 to 7 listed above with an addition of NBI clearance. Applicants with flying experience shall submit a photo copy of pilot's license, current airman medical certificate, last 5 pages of pilot's logbook, and certification from the previous flight school.

The accuracy and completeness of the information is important for our preliminary evaluation, visa requirements, clearances, and pilot's license.

 We guarantee the confidentiality of the information you sent to us and will not be disclosed to any third parties. Access to this information is only given to authorized personnel of Aircrew Flight Training Academy.

Aircrew Flight Training Academy reserves the right to deny students who does not provide complete information or fraudulent documents, and who does not pass our student's acceptance criteria.

STEP 5 - PAYMENTS

 Payments stated on page 1 of the Enrollment Agreement is due upon commencement. However, less-than-full payment or installment payment schedule may be arranged in advance. Payments must be made either in cashier's check or bank wire transfer directly to the bank account of Aircrew Flight Training Academy.

 STEP 6 - ENTRANCE EVALUATION

 A personal interview will then be conducted by the chief flight instructor or his designated personnel. A skill and aptitude assessment test will be performed to determine student's learning skills, personality, and attitude that is vital for their training and future career.

 A Pilot's License Validation check will be conducted to applicants who had previous flying experience. The evaluation will be conducted of not less than 10.0 flight hours for the following reason:

 *To ensure that the applicant has the appropriate aeronautical knowledge and skills that conforms to the pilot's license, ratings, and flight time experience he/she holds.

 *To meet the requirements of the Philippine Air Transportation Office in the conversion of foreign pilot's license / certificates. Since most of our training programs requires you to complete an actual solo flight experience it is mandatory that you carry a valid Philippine pilot's license.

Visa for  Student-

 who needs a visa?

All Non-US citizens are required to be on a student training visa to complete a course of flight training in theUS. A course is considered to be flight training when it is towards a license, certificate or rating. Examples are a Private, Commercial, Airline Transport Pilots License, ground or flight training, Multi Engine class certification, Instrument Rating, etc.

AsiaticAir  is NOT an approved  school, Our Affiliated  company in USA “ is approved by the US Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) to issue M-1 training visas to overseas students training here in the US. This Visa allows students to legally train in the US for up to 12 months (subject to their course), and is renewable for up to five years. This visa can be validated for multiple entry to the USA.

Some US Embassies require a personal interview. AsiaticAir suggests that upon completion of the enrollment form you contact the US Embassy nearest your current residence for an interview date. The interview date can be the next days or it may be 6-8 weeks in advance, it varies US Embassy to US Embassy.

The INS will require proof that funds are available for the full course of training, and that you have a permanent address to return to in your home country. Holders of M-1 Student Visas need not purchase a return air ticket.

Who doesn't need a visa?

License holders who are just coming to the USA to build hours are not required to hold a student visa and may enter the country on the Visa Waiver Program (if a passport holder of a member country) or a B type visa (if your country is not part of the Visa waiver program), as long as you are not required to gain a license to fly (the conversion offered by the FAA office is not considered flight training).

Persons entering on a Visa Waiver or B type visa will be required to hold a return air ticket

Visa Requirements for Flying and Training in the U.S.A.

Look at numbers 1 to 5, to decide whether or not need a Visa. If you are required to have a Visa, it is very important to make sure you understand the steps you must follow. The process is straight forward and there are people that will help you every step of the way.

On the 12th of April 2002 the immigration rules changed and affected flight training in the U.S.A.

Who needs a Visa and what type will you need:

1) If you are coming to hour build or a flying holiday and have a FAA License or an FAA license issued on the basis of your Foreign License, you can enter the country on a Visa Waiver and fly as long as you meet the F.A.R.s. (BFR, Medical, etc.)

2) If you need to convert your license to a Restricted F.A.A. License, you will need to submit the request to the F.A.A. in Oklahoma City so they can do a full background check; this process takes upwards of 60 days. If you get the o.k. to convert your license you can enter the country on a Visa Waiver.

If you do not have the time to wait to convert your license, you can take the F.A.A. Written Test and the Flight Test in order to get an Unrestricted F.A.A. License. In order to do this you will need to be on an F-1, M-1, or J-1 Visa. (Since you are seeking a License/Rating)  If you decide not to convert your license and just fly on an F.A.A. Student Solo Certificate, you will once again need to be on an F-1, M-1, or J-1 Visa. (Since it is a Student License)

3) Going to the U.S.A. in order to train for a J.A.A. or F.A.A. License. You must be on a F-1, M-1, J-1 Visa. (Since you are seeking a License/Rating)

4) If you are coming to the U.S.A. in order to revalidate you license, either F.A.A. or J.A.A., you can come on a Visa Waiver since that is a currency requirement and you are not adding a Rating/License. This is subject to change since the authorities are looking at this situation and there are people in I.N.S. which want this to require a Visa.

5) If you have entered the U.S.A. on holiday and while here decided to do flight training. Should you want to train in the U.S.A. after you arrive in the U.S.A. and are on a B Visa, you can apply to change your status to F-1/M-1/J-1 Visa and must wait till your status is changed before you can begin training.

If you entered theU.S.A. on a Visa Waiver, you will have to leave the country, obtain the appropriate Visa and then return to train. The Visa Waiver is NOT a Visa and therefore you do not have a Visa to change status on.

If you have any questions about what Visas you are required to have, contact the U.S. Embassy in your country. They are the direct source. Anything else is "hear say", even this thread is technically "hear say". The U.S. Embassy will give you definitive answers on any requirements on entering the U.S.A.

During 1 - 2 Weeks intensive Pre flight safety and service training course. After selection, you will undergo 1 -2 Weeks of classroom training.

 On satisfactory completion, you will undergo training as part of the Practical Study tour in Nepal at 3 different Air ports & in 2 different Airlines for this training course, you will be required to pay Rs. 18,900/- as   Study Tour fees [ including Air fare, Hotel accommodation, transfers and excluding food & taxes] .

F A Qs-

1.    What is the entry-level qualification for a pilot to join an airline and what does he join as?

A:   The min. requirement that any airline generally wants is a pilot to have is a basic Commercial Pilots License, with an Instrument Rating and preferably a Multi Engine rating. When the pilot joins an airline, he joins as a trainee pilot and then he undergoes the various training program conducted by the airline as per their requirements. Once successfully completing theses training programs one is released to fly as a first Officer (often called as Co- Pilot). 

2.    Can I join this course if I have studies Commerce or Arts?

A:    Yes u can definitely join this course and pursue a career as an airline pilot provided you have cleared the 10+2 level exam from a recognized board. But in the case of Commerce or an Arts Student, he/she will have to appear for an isolated paper in math’s and physics at the 10+2 level from a recognised education board.

3.    Is the FAA, CAA, JAA  or  Indian CPL valid anywhere else in the world?

A:    Yes, Certainly the FAA, CAA or  Indian CPL is valid all over the world and it is fully convertible to a license of any other country as per the rules of that country.

4.    How does an Airline Choose its Pilots ?

A:    Usually an airline will place an ad in the leading newspaper of the country and then call for applications, Once received they will then short list the candidates for a written exam, if successful in the written exam they would want them to undergo a IPT test (Instrument Practical trainer test) which is done on a basic procedure trainer like the ATC 710. The last block is that of a personal interview which is conducted to assess the individual’s personality and temperament. (May differ from employer to employer) 

5.    How does one choose which aircraft to fly as a basic aircraft to be included in the license as a rating?

A:    One can choose any aircraft below a weight of 1,500 Kgs; in this category a lot of options are available like the Cessna 152. The basic criteria in choosing the aircraft is easy availability, low maintenance, safe, easy to fly and understand etc.

6.    Can I join the air force with a CPL or how do I join the air force ?

A:    One cannot join the air force with a CPL since the air force has different criteria for selection and their training methods are very different as they fly a different category of aircraft and fly it for a different purpose from the one employed in training you as a commercial pilot. In order to join the air force one can either go through the NDA or through the short service commission. But for a flying job in the air force one has to go through the NDA.

7.    Who is the potential employer for a pilot with a basic CPL in our country ?

A:    One can be employed with Air- India, Indian Airlines, Jet Airways, Air Sahara, The Indian Coast Guard, various flying schools employee you as an instructor and also flying schools outside India can employ you.

8.    What is the Minimum height that one must have in order to become a pilot ?

A:    There is no particular height one has to have, the individuals legs should reach the rudder pedals when he has his hands on the control and he should be able to see outside over the instrument panel.

9.    What is the eyesight one must have? Are glasses permissible ?

A:    Yes, One can have glasses and still be flying as a commercial pilot; the max glass power allowed in aviation is ± 3, which is again at the discretion of the medical examiner. Your glasses power can increase with

10.   What are the reasons for one not to clear in the medical examination ?

A:    A normal human being will not fail the medical examination unless something is severely wrong with his body like a hole in the heart, migraine, Colour blindness, asthma, epilepsy, polio etc

HOW TO ENROLL


1. Read this Student's Course Information Manual and other associated documentation carefully. If you have any question, ask the to Asiatic International Aviation Academy’s admission officer or the local office.

2. When you are satisfied and have decided to enroll, fill out the to Asiatic International Aviation Academy Overseas Student Enrollment Form, with as many detail as possible. Send this forms and form and then send the original with a Demand Draft of Rs.5,000/- to Asiatic International Aviation Corp. Indore 452 005 India. Foreign Students [ Non Indians ] make an International Demand Draft of US$ 250.

3 .Deliver the completed Overseas Student Application Form for enrolment to Asiatic International Aviation Academy or their local Office. If we do not have a local Office in your country, send it directly to Asiatic International Aviation Academy Indore 452 005 India.

4 .Asiatic International Aviation Academy will acknowledge your application promptly and will immediately indicate if your application is accepted. Also we shall send you a call letter for Admission Test & Interview.

5.Once you have been accepted, to Asiatic International Aviation Academy will send you a Confirmation of Enrolment form based on the Course indicated and starting date indicated.

6. Asiatic International Aviation Academy will complete the contract of Enrolment for the course for you to sign and send back.

7. Once you have finished pre flight training, Asiatic International Aviation Academy or your local Office will then assist you with the formalities required to obtain your visa and make arrangements for you to start the Course. If there is not a local Office in your country, you must attend the Australian / USA / Sri Lanka Embassy / Consulate to make arrangements for your visa.
